Our Policies

The festival tickets/passes will not be refunded under any circumstances. 

No transfer of passes will be allowed after 01st June 2024.

⁠Transfer allowed before 1st June with 20% charge. Please contact CSA team to proceed.

Bootcamp & Masterclasses are not included in Bronze, Silver & Gold Passes.

Refunds will only be given in the event of a pandemic or lockdown in which case you get 15 days after the rescheduled date is announced to ask for the refund. Refunds will be completed after 2 months.

Changes to the pass category are at the discretion of the CSA team. Please contact us for more info.
